A born local, Jay has called Safety Beach home for all of his life, giving him an innate understanding of the Peninsula’s unique lifestyle and community.
Jay’s pathway into real estate began with a spark of curiosity while searching for his own investment property. Drawn to the people-focused nature of the industry and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, he completed his Certificate IV in Real Estate and is currently studying for his Diploma in Property. His first sale, helping buyers secure their very first home, remains a career highlight, reinforcing his passion for guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones.
Professional yet down-to-earth, Jay is known for his calm manner, approachable nature and strong communication skills. Enthusiastic and motivated, he thrives on the variety of each day, the challenges of the industry, and the reward of delivering results for his clients.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys weekends on the golf course, playing indoor soccer, and following both AFL and soccer. A fun fact many don’t know, he was the Victorian state go-kart champion at just 11 years old.
