The main bedroom suite upstairs features floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows that open onto a timber balcony. It’s an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in ocean views, surrounded by treetops and vibrant bird life. The spacious, north-facing open-plan living area extends onto a covered deck and dining space, perfect for year-round entertaining. The bright kitchen offers elevated views and includes a large island and a walk-in butler's pantry with additional cooking appliances.
Downstairs, you’ll find a versatile study or games room, and the open-plan living area includes a large TV. The outdoor entertaining area features a deck that leads to a grassy lawn equipped with a bbq, two sun loungers, and dining tables and chairs for eight guests.
There is ample driveway parking for up to four cars. The property has central ducted heating and cooling, two powder rooms, and five toilets.
Sleeping Arrangements:
First Floor:
Room 1: King bed with a large ensuite, walk-in robe, and a walk-through robe in the bathroom.
Ground Floor:
Room 2: King bed with an ensuite and walk-in robe.
Room 3: This room has a king bed or two king singles (please specify at booking), a shared family bathroom, and a walk-in robe.
Room 4: This room has a king bed or two king singles (please specify at booking), a shared family bathroom, and a walk-in robe.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Ensuite in the main bedroom upstairs with a shower and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Ensuite downstairs with a shower and toilet.
Bathroom 3: Downstairs family bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.
Separate Powder Rooms: One upstairs and one downstairs. There are five toilets in total.
Additional Information:
Parties, functions, and smoking are not allowed on the property.
Pets are welcome with the owner’s approval.
Direct access is available.
A refundable bond is required.
All bookings are subject to the owner's approval.
Please bring your beach towels, as quality linen and professional cleaning services are provided.
There are external ccrtv cameras, and the home has a house alarm; guests always have privacy.

Our stay at this modern weekend beach house exceeded our expectations in every way
It's a true haven for those seeking a serene, stylish, and unforgettable coastal retreat. We loved it being only 10 mins walk to the beach for our morning stroll (also close to the town centre) and then for lunch only a 5 minute drive to one of our favourite Morning Peninsula Wineries (10 Minutes By Tractor)!
