Plus, there is a separate powder room next to the family bathroom.
Inclusions: Ducted refrigerated air conditioning and heating, electric bbq, tennis court, undercover table tennis, outdoor dining entertainment, open fireplace, and basketball ring on the tennis court. Firepit, outdoor shower, inground trampoline, kids cubby house, board games galore, reading books, block-out blinds and sheer curtains, double-glazed windows and doors. A Coffee Breville Machine and some fresh beans are supplied.
