Rural Retreat, a large family home set on acreage with rural views
It is a great spot for a rural family getaway but still close to Merricks General Store, Pt Leo Estate, Pt Leo Surf Beach or Surf Lifesaving Club. On arrival you meander along the drive, this is where you can start to relax, drive past the cattle grazing in the paddocks or water birds around the fenced dam. Drive over the cattle grid, pack, and unpack.
This holiday home is well-designed. At one end, there is the Parent Retreat and children's room, which includes a separate bathroom and split cooling and heating system (there is also a 1st and 5th bedroom in this area). The formal lounge and dining area have access to a large deck with an outdoor setting where you can relax with a glass of wine. Centrally located is a well-appointed kitchen and combined living area, which is a great spot for the family to gather with a combustible fire place.
The bedroom wing can be closed off from the living room, which is great for kids to enjoy their space. In this section, there are three more bedrooms, a family bathroom (including a bath), laundry, and a third toilet.
There's also lots of room for the kids to play outside, including a cubby built around a tree! If you're after somewhere quiet and enjoy rural living, book now!

Located in an area where you can enjoy a scenic drive through Red Hill, visit Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm, Main Ridge Dairy, Epicurean, or one of the amazing Restaurants the Mornington Peninsula has to offer (remember to book), PT Leo is the closest beach, which is a great beach for children or if you enjoy surfing. It is situated only an hour and a half from Melbourne.

Pets are not allowed due to livestock in surrounding neighbouring paddocks and there is no secure fencing.
