Sleeps 12:Quality linen and professional cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
Tariffs include professional cleaning, and linens are charged per person $35 per person; please keep us informed of the number of guests at booking confirmation. Kindly bring your beach towels.

We stayed here with another family - 4 adults and 4 small children.
The place was great. Practical, clean layout with large windows, lots of light. Beautifully maintained gardens with several small courtyards for cooking and eating outside. The kids loved the trampoline and soccer net. The bunk rooms were perfect for the children. Kitchen was well equiped - tons of cooking implements plus some basics like flour, oil, etc. Communication with the hosting agency was easy. We would stay here again.

Manna Gum is a beautiful property.
We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the trampoline and cubby house. The kitchen was well stocked and there was heaps of wood for the fireplace. A huge assortment of boardgames and dress ups provide some rainy day entertainment too. Great house for kids - no breakable knick knacks, second living room and bunk rooms provide flexible sleeping options. We had a great time and would stay again.

There was every convenience you could possibly think of and the gardens were just absolutely stunning with heaps of space for the kids to run around in and the most amazing veggie, fruit and herb garden. Our group of kids and adults were all most impressed. There were plenty of games and entertainment and we loved the separate areas to hang out in! The beach is also so close that even though there was plenty to keep us on the grounds it was lovely to be able to pop down for a stroll and a dip. We would definitely go back and absolutely recommend to any group.
