This holiday home features an infinity pool with views of rural and sea landscapes, just a short walk from the beach and Flinders Village. The open floor plan includes a Hamptons-inspired kitchen, spacious living and dining areas with a wood fire, and a multi-purpose room. Outdoor spaces offer a pool, expansive lawns, gardens, fire pit, alfresco dining with a pizza oven, and protected lounges.
With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a master suite with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, the home comfortably accommodates families. Additional features include ample parking, a mud-laundry room, security system, split heating-cooling, and a separate powder room for upstairs bedrooms.
The swimming pool is solar heated, chorine-salt water, ample sun lounges, one double, and two singles.
It sleeps up to 10 guests, 6 adults and 4 children; linen is included; bring your pool-beach towels.
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite, walk-in robe, garden view, study nook, located on the lower level.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.
Bedroom 4: Twin bunks, 4 Child-Size Single Beds, robe, garden view, first floor.
Both living areas have a wood fire, and the home has seven reverse-cycle heating-cooling systems.

The property is a working farm with horses, and the property manager feeds chooks; please note they may visit the property during your stay, so give them a wave hello.

La Ferme is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed.
The expansive gardens, the views and the surroundings feel like you're in your own private country retreat. The house happily catered for our group of ten. All bedrooms were generous with lots of storage, with the master having a gorgeous walk-in and ensuite. Our group loved having the two lounge areas so we could spread out and relax. We spent most of our time in the undercover outdoor seating area, even when it got cooler with the built in heating and pizza oven. Instructions for heating the pool and spa were easy to follow and we enjoyed a chilly afternoon in the spa. With all the amenities provided and a beautifully fitout home, there is nothing I could fault at LaFerme. It even comes with a horse, pony, goat and chooks which us animal lovers fell in love with! Definitely planning our next trip to La Ferme.
