The light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows effortlessly onto the lush rear lawn—an ideal spot to unwind with a BBQ after a day at the beach.
In the cooler months, choose between the cosy indoor fireplace or the inviting outdoor firepit for the ultimate winter retreat.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second generous living space with a TV, along with the luxurious main bedroom featuring a king bed, walk-in robe, and a stylish ensuite.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Linen- Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Approaching the property, we could tell by the peaceful surrounds we were going to have a very restful weekend.
And then on entering the house, we were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of space and number of rooms. As a group of 8 adults, we never felt crowded. The property is very well appointed; the kitchen is vast, there are two open fireplaces (1 in the lounge and the other superbly located on the deck) and most importantly the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walks either to the beach or the other way into the township and jetty.

I absolutely loved my time at this modern beautifully designed beach house. On a quiet street but easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants etc.
The house itself is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Gorgeous deck and garden, outdoor lounges. The perfect entertainer or the perfect sit by the fire in winter and relax. Every detail is thought out from the kitchen to the several living areas.

Very relaxing weekend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flinders Haven. It is an extremely spacious home with 2 separate living areas so there was plenty of room for everyone. The decor is very stylish but has a relaxed beachy vibe and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It was an easy walk to the shops and the beach.

The property is very well located and is a great set up for families.
We also appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring all kitchen utensils, cookware, glasses etc as well as bathroom and cleaning supplies were plentiful.
