Whether for a quick recharge or a more extended holiday, this home has the size, location, and amenities to accommodate a more prominent family or two families comfortably.
A fully tiled, solar-heated pool (September - April) is excellent for entertaining the kids while the family enjoys the large deck with outdoor dining, a covered terrace area with lounge seating and a built-in bbq, and even a fire pit area for relaxing later in the day.
Parties or functions are not allowed at this property.
All the creature comforts are provided for in this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, with two generous living areas providing space for the kids and another for adults to escape. The kitchen is well equipped and, combined with a large island bench, separate dining and spacious living, is a great spot to spread out and enjoy your holiday. Full-height glass sliding doors open up to the north-facing deck, allowing you to combine indoor and outdoor living in true resort style. The home is kept cosy on cooler days or nights with a wood heater, reverse cycle heating, and cooling throughout.
In terms of entertainment, there are four tv's , whilst the two living rooms are also equipped with sound bars and DVD players. Various DVDs, board games, books, and magazines exist for guests.
The home is on a quiet street, with the nearest beach less than a 5-minute walk, the pier a short walk away, and a less than 10-minute flat walk into town, shops, restaurants, and the pub.
The town of Flinders and beyond has a range of amenities and attractions to suit all types of breaks. If you enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, scuba diving, fishing or rock pools, these are all activities you can enjoy in the area. Why not have a round of golf or visit one of the local markets, then enjoy a meal at one of the many wineries, restaurants or cafes only a short drive.
Maximum guests: 8 persons, quality linen and cleaning services. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Brilliant stay, thankyou.
Our group had a wonderful stay, everything we required and more; we didn't want to leave, and we are looking forward to coming again. The Flinders area is a special place to visit, the wineries are magnificent, and we enjoyed Pt Leo Estate and Pier 10. Also enjoyed walking around the town area it was so easy getting around.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Flinders property.
The facilities were great and the location just a short walk to the beautiful Flinders beach. The property immediately has a home feeling to it when you walk in. It is deceivingly spacious from the front which is perfect when you have a group of people staying there, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house was filled with all the necessities you need for short stay and the convenience of being a short walk from town. Highly recommended this property, loved it.

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed
The weather was great, so we were able to make good use of the pool and outdoor area. It was definitely the best place we have ever stayed which just made our weekend even better. The standard is set high for any other house we stay at from now on.

5/5 Truly beautiful This place is exactly as described, and couldn't be more lovely. Everything is clean and of good quality. The location is a short walk to beach and town. The bed is very comfy, as are the couches etc. Fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely love to stay again.

One of the nicest local family holidays we've had.
Beautifully and cleverly designed family home that gave each of us our own space, including our teenage kids and my mum, but also provided lovely opportunities for us to come together by the fire and for games and lovely local walks. Everything was considered and made easy.

What a home!!
Our stay at Elske on St Anns was exactly what our family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers needed and a truly wonderful rest and reset. It was a dream for my older parents to get around being just single level and there was plenty of space for everyone to either get together or branch off. In every way our stay exceeded our expectations. Position perfect with the beach a 5 min walk one way and the pub/village a 15 min walk the other. Thank you to the owners for creating a wonderful home to enjoy.

This stylish property has been given a "Scandi" treatment throughout, with highest quality appliances, fittings and furnishings. Elske on St Ann leaves nothing to chance: all comforts are provided for (home entertainment, stunning pool, air con, fans, piles of extra linen towels and soft blankets). We love this home, and it's just a short walk to the beach. A stunning place to unwind and to entertain.

Superb weekend away
We had a wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful property. Well equipped, wonderful outdoor areas, spacious and comfortable living areas, fabulous beds and gorgeous decor.

AMAZING place to stay - modern and clean
We thought the property was absolutely amazing. It was very clean, modern and the spaces were completely wonderful.
Our kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. Immaculately kept and well presented. Short walk to the pub and local shops which was fabulous. There are two generous living spaces - so great if the kids want to watch their own shows. Highly recommend for any families, the owner was also very helpful.

Relaxed Spacious and a touch of luxury
Beautiful, large property. Plenty of relaxed sitting areas, well planned design and tastefully decorated. Easy walking distance to shops and beach.
Felt a little overwhelmed at first with all the signs and rules and regulations, however once settled in, found them to be somewhat appropriate and just common sense!
We had a lovely relaxed weekend and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.
Plenty of room for extended family with seperate living spaces to enable privacy and a wonderful large kitchen/dining/living space opening to.a deck to enjoy time together.
