Experience the ideal blend of comfort, northern sunshine, serenity, and natural beauty of 37 acres while enjoying the amenities and modern conveniences.

This home sleeps 8; quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

First Floor
Bedroom 1: Queen, ensuite bathroom, spilt cooling-heating, ceiling fan and vineyard views.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 2: Queen, views, ensuite, bathtub, ducted heating, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: King or Two King Singles, views, ensuite, ducted heating, and ceiling fan.

In the second living room, the sofa bed can be made available for little ones on request.

Culinary enthusiasts will be delighted by our fully equipped kitchen, which includes a Miele oven and electric stovetop, two ovens, two dishwashers, a microwave, Breville coffee and bean grinder, and all the essential entertaining platters and cooking basics to create delicious meals.

Step outside onto the spacious deck and soak in the breathtaking northern sunshine and views over the vineyard. Savour a glass of wine and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the surroundings. Enjoy the convenience of a Weber bbq for outdoor cooking, or take advantage of the wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for making delicious homemade pizzas while gathered around the fire pit outdoors.

On cooler evenings, stay indoors next to the new combustible wood burner. Stay comfortable year-round with the convenience of reverse-cycle air conditioning, bottled gas ducted heating, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A separate laundry with a clothes washer and dryer is available in the butler's pantry, and a Euro-style laundry is behind the kitchen.

A tennis court is available for friendly matches for sports enthusiasts, and rackets and balls are available.

This is a wonderfully relaxing place for a holiday.

There is a lovely walk around the property (which takes about 20 minutes) during which you will enjoy wonderful views of the vines, the property opposite, the surrounding forrest and the curious cows. It's a very peaceful place and we didn't spot another person in the 5 days we stayed (we didn't go out except to shop for groceries!). The house is very comfortable with everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable and four en suites is an absolute luxury. We were there during autumn and needed the ducted heating mornings and evenings, which was very effective. The view from the deck is beautiful. We will definitely return!

beautiful secluded peaceful spot;

The scenery is glorious; animal life and birdlife are glorious. It was close enough to amenities, but the beaches were distant (it wasn't hot, so it didn't matter). Wineries are handy. The best feature is the complete privacy and superbly appointed property (right down to the tennis balls!)

We absolutely loved this property.

The kitchen renovation was superb - 2 miele dishwashers made cleaning after cooking up a storm easy. The indoor fire and outdoor firepit were a highlight, as was the well-placed tennis court! The whole experience was serene and we can't wait to come back again.

Vigneron's Delight

The property is delightful with magnificent rural and grape vine views, shared by a mob of kangaroos. A spacious house in an attractive 50 style with great accommodation for the extended family. RT Edgar’s management is very professional, helpful and attentive to every request. We could not wish for a better holiday destination.
