Here's to our next ten years

As we celebrate our 10 year anniversary, I can’t think of a better time to announce our 5th office opening. In early March we will open the doors to our Balnarring office. Cam Jamison has joined us and will be based here, working alongside Tim Ripper. We know the cross over between Mount Eliza and Flinders is going to be strong, so you will see many faces from these offices here also.

We didn’t get to 10 years by chance, it was hard work and a lot of grit and determination...

On the 1st February 2015 we purchased a rent roll in Flinders. With a team of four, we commenced our journey. At the time, the dream was to be the largest, most successful group on the Mornington Peninsula.

And today we sit here with that dream a reality.

So, what is success? For me, it’s our team. The people who chose to spend their time here. We are a ‘sum of our parts’ as they say.

Samantha Moffatt, Michael Parker & Jaimee Baker joined in year one and remain integral members and important contributors to us all.

Last year we saw Zena Phillips-Crowe retire and travel Australia, Claire Upton-Jones moved to Melbourne after a stella career with us and the previous owner; and my dear friend Fiona Kelly, who helped in all areas of the business, retired and started a life that I’m most envious of. To these wonderful ladies I extend a heartfelt thank you for all you did.

To the families of our team, I’d like to say a big thank you.

Real Estate is a demanding career, and without our families support we couldn’t do what we do.

Here’s to our next 10 years, thank you for all your support.
