We are thrilled to announce and celebrate some well-deserved promotions within our team:

Kathy Hawksworth has stepped into the role of Finance & Compliance Manager; bringing precision and expertise in overseeing our finance department and ensuring compliance in all areas.

Kathy’s career has been firmly grounded in real estate since she first started working as a weekend receptionist. From there, she progressed to work in property management, sales administration and as a senior personal assistant and trust accountant. She is a qualified Agent’s Representative and she also has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology, and a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Sarah King is now our Head of Marketing & Sponsorship; the driving force in creativity and community involvement for our Mornington Peninsula group.

After working extensively in property management, accounts and business management, Sarah joined Buxton Mornington Peninsula at the start 2022. A talented photographer with a keen eye for design, Sarah combines her creativity with meticulous attention to detail. Under her guidance, marketing campaigns are seamless, advertising materials are fresh and engaging. Sarah’s out-of-the-box thinking and commitment to excellence ensure the brand stays ahead and continues to thrive.

Jacqui Bailey has taken on the responsibility of Sales Administration Team Leader; guiding her team with dedication and determination to best practice.

Over the course of her career Jacqui has worked across all areas of the real estate profession, including administration, marketing, office management, property management and sales.  With Business Administration qualifications, she applies her phenomenal experience and professionalism to her role.

She brings terrific attention to detail, thoroughness and maturity to all that she undertakes and she excels in providing support to our busy sales team, a role she absolutely relishes.
