March marked twelve months since we opened the doors to our Balnarring office, an exciting milestone for our team and a meaningful one for the broader Western Port community we are proud to be part of.

In that time, Buxton Mornington Peninsula has established a considered and consistent presence across Balnarring and Balnarring Beach. As of March 2026, we hold a 38% market share*, representing one in every three properties sold and double the sales of our closest competitor.

Our days on market continue to outperform the broader average, reflecting not only the strength of our campaigns, but the quality of our advice and the consistency of our execution.
