Mark Purves was a wealth of information and a great support during and after the sale of my property. I cannot recommend him and the very professional sales support team highly enough. Thank you.

Mark and Samantha were a delight to work with.  Their communication and transparency was excellent and nothing was too much trouble - all my queries and requests were dealt with promptly in a professional, obliging and friendly manner.  I have no hesitation in recommending them to potential buyers/sellers.  Thank you both for making the process so easy.

My experience of using the team was great. My first encounter with Clayton Smith was most positive. He provided an assessment of my mother’s home which was realistic. Given that Christmas was impending Clayton made sure that the photographer was available so that immediately after Christmas the photos were on the web. The house was opened the first Saturday after New Year and reports of each subsequent opening were delivered to us via What’s App generally within an hour of the opening. Clayton gave us updates along the way if there was any additional interest between openings. Mark Purves and Alex Dimsey also need to be commended on their assistance as well.
The day of the auction went well with Clayton guiding us along the way.
I thoroughly recommend them for their staff who showed interest, expertise and compassion, given our home was a deceased estate, and good humour.
