Senior Property Manager Catherine Andrews, began her real estate career in 2005, inspired by a strong interest in property and a desire to help people, much like her grandfather, who was a real estate agent in country Victoria. Over the years, she has held various roles including Receptionist, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager, culminating in her current position. One of the highlights of her career was being named Property Manager of the Year while working at a Melbourne Metro agency.
Catherine's strengths include her calm demeanour, honesty, strong attention to detail, and proactive approach. She is a natural communicator and problem solver, which helps her excel in her role. She enjoys the diversity of people she meets and the unique challenges each day brings, particularly when it comes to finding positive resolutions for her clients. Catherine is passionate about working with like-minded, enthusiastic colleagues at Buxton Mornington Peninsula.
Outside of work, Catherine is dedicated to staying fit, enjoying activities such as running, going to the gym, paddleboarding, and recently, she has taken up golf. She values spending quality time with her children, family, and friends. After a lifetime of holidaying in Rye, she made the move to the area permanently in 2022. Catherine loves exploring everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, from its beautiful beaches and walking trails to its vibrant restaurants, cafes, and wineries.
