Alyssia Watson brings energy, experience and a deep connection to the Peninsula to her role as a Licensed Estate Agent in our Mount Eliza office. Having commenced her real estate career in 2020 and joining Buxton Mornington Peninsula in 2026, Alyssia found her true calling in property after years of Australia-wide travel.
Her career prior to real estate reflects both leadership and commercial strength, spanning senior roles across the hospitality and agribusiness sectors on the Mornington Peninsula. Working within high-performing, customer-focused environments, she developed a sharp understanding of sales, marketing and operations, along with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. It’s a background that has shaped her strategic thinking, resilience and disciplined work ethic
Confident, honest and driven, Alyssia is deeply people-focused in her approach. She is known for her integrity, disciplined negotiation skills and ability to remain steady under pressure. Among her proudest professional moments are the occasions when clients return to her to manage a second sale, a genuine reflection of the trust she consistently earns and the standards she upholds. For Alyssia, real estate is about more than transactions; it’s about guiding clients through significant life milestones, from first homes to long-held family properties and aspirational next chapters.
A Peninsula local since the age of ten, the Mornington Peninsula is home. Alyssia values the beaches, lifestyle, diversity and celebrated food and wine culture, along with its easy access to Melbourne. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym or Pilates, enjoying time with her children and family, or exploring the region’s hospitality scene. Raised on a chicken farm in Red Hill and Tuerong, Alyssia’s grounded nature and strong standards remain central to who she is, firmly guided by her belief that “the standards you walk by are the standards you accept.
