My experience of using the team was great. My first encounter with Clayton Smith was most positive. He provided an assessment of my mother’s home which was realistic. Given that Christmas was impending Clayton made sure that the photographer was available so that immediately after Christmas the photos were on the web. The house was opened the first Saturday after New Year and reports of each subsequent opening were delivered to us via What’s App generally within an hour of the opening. Clayton gave us updates along the way if there was any additional interest between openings. Mark Purves and Alex Dimsey also need to be commended on their assistance as well.
The day of the auction went well with Clayton guiding us along the way.
I thoroughly recommend them for their staff who showed interest, expertise and compassion, given our home was a deceased estate, and good humour.
Given her family’s background in property, it was only natural for Alex to build her own career in real estate. A Mornington local, she has been able to fulfil her dream role in connecting people to the highly-sought Peninsula lifestyle and the beautiful properties it offers.
Well-rounded and experienced in many aspects of the profession ranging from admin and trust accounting to property management and sales, she has mastered every role she has undertaken whilst carefully refining her skill set, confidence and experience. Consistently providing outstanding customer service, her attention to detail and unwavering support for her clients has helped achieved positive and successful sales outcomes for many vendors and purchasers.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys catching up with family and friends, keeping active and traveling. With some of the most amazing beaches in the world on her doorstep, she relishes any opportunity to head to one of the local beaches to walk or swim, with St Johns Wood Road back beach and Diamond Bay, being just two of her favourite local spots.
