At Buxton Mornington Peninsula, we’re all about delivering exceptional service with a friendly, professional touch. We’re looking for a Short Stay Consultant to join our dynamic team and help manage our growing portfolio of short-stay properties.
What you'll do
> Be the go-to person for guests and property owners, ensuring smooth stays and happy clients.
> Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with a smile.
> Keep our properties looking their best and ready for guests.
> Work in collaboration with our passionate team to uphold Buxton’s renowned standards while creating memorable experiences for every guest.
What we're looking for
> A people person with great communication skills.
> Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
> Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking systems.
> Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is a bonus.
